Harrington Grove Residence

“A bold home design that combines contemporary and modern styles creating a striking architectural design”

This residential project integrates internal and external entertainment areas, generous natural lighting and creative double-height ceilings. The chosen palette for this project included natural elements from the timber and stone, supported by muted colour tones.

The façade treatment combines the same internal palette to create an overarching theme of the space even before entering. Upon entering, you are greeted with double-height ceilings, with a grand staircase positioned adjacent to walls containing carefully curated artworks. The entry is the statement of the home, showcasing bespoke furnishings and lighting fixtures above.

Upon continuation through the space, the heart of the home – the kitchen, becomes both a functional and aesthetic feature of the home. A purpose-built butler’s pantry is a flow-on from the exaggerated island benchtop with space for bar stools and casual dining. The symmetrical cabinetry within the kitchen space further emphasises the contemporary style created throughout.

The internal courtyard centres the home and creates a flow-on from the internal to the external. Similar material selections have been used within this space, making for a perfect reading nook allowing for a welcomed breakout space for a busy family home.
