Each residential project begins with a design assessment. It is our aim to personalise each project to the client's lifestyle. Typically we prefer an on-site meeting with the client, discussing their wish list for their home and developing a scope of works that is then submitted in the form of a quotation.
Design work, be it a landscape or interior project, commences with the development of a concept plan. This looks at the design layout and functionality. It also serves as a discussion tool, to further hone in on the client's specific requirements and to raise questions or address issues inherent to the site and constraints of the project.
The client then has the opportunity to review the design proposal, seek amendments and approve the transition to the next stage - detailing and documenting the design concept.

The master plan stage is where all our ideas really come together. The plan work becomes specific to a product size, type and colour. It is these plans which are used by councils for approval and contractors for quotation and implementation. The final plans go through a review process prior to release, with any final amendments again made as required.
Completed master plans are backed-up by a construction specification, product brochures, product samples and a referral list of all contractors and suppliers. The list is also used by us in our project management works.
